At the Education Leadership Conference, Arkansas and Alabama representatives, including ArPA’s Membership Committee Chair, Femina Varghese, met with Arkansas Senator John Boozman to emphasize the public health impact of graduate psychology education programs. They urged congressional support for increased funding.

Dr. Varghese is an Associate Professor of Psychology at the University of Central Arkansas. Her research Interests include Corrections, vocational development of offenders, and cultural diversity.
